🌱 February 20, 2026
Welcome to the latest edition of Re-Humanizing HealthTech, where we amplify and connect voices bringing humans back into healthcare.
February is flying by and Q1 milestones are coming up quickly! I’m taking a beat to reflect on this newsletter and to consider what the next evolution looks like.

✏️ Editorial notes
I’m a big fan of reflections and retro’s. From formalized, planned efforts spanning multiple teams to a brief start-stop-continue format, these pauses are the liminal spaces that catalyze change and fight against inertia.
Since the inception of this newsletter, I’ve been fortunate to profile ten founders and communities. Each time, I’ve gained a better understanding of a particular sector within healthcare and a keener sense for the blockers that repeatedly arise.
Overall, I’m so relieved, grateful, and hopeful that there are talented and passionate people building great teams and solutions to tackle truly meaningful problems.
What I’ve heard from founders after the feature
It spurred a lot of new connections on LI
On a day when everything else was going wrong, I had a flurry of inbound for roles I was hiring for
People I hadn’t talked to in a long time popped up out of the blue
We saw a spike in website views
I’ve always struggled to ask for help… but this made me dig to ask for what I needed to fill the missing pieces

What I’ve heard from readers
I love the newsletter! […I’ll take it…]
The Meet Me IRL section is a great addition
When can we catch up?
I like the way you communicate
Note the clear and present challenges with feedback from your friendlies, however well-intended! This goes for any new product, for all of time.
On the process front
I started with the goal of amplifying and connecting voices bringing humans back into healthcare, and I’ve made some progress along that path.
I’m enjoying:
Talking to people and amplifying their work.
Creating space to write and seeing something tangible in production.
A combination of high-level theoretical thinking and grounded, what’s next focus.
I’m exploring:
Sequencing of communication and information can be drawn out when other people and events are involved, so I’m testing standardized deadlines and using placeholders when necessary.
Different formats: where do business/workflow helpful snippets fit in?
Timing: what’s the right cadence?
Structure: what might two different focus areas look like, beginning of month a person, mid-month a product/sector/trend?
I “should” spend less time on photo formatting, but it’s oddly calming and I like it. It’s also funny seeing the weird stuff ChatGPT does (back to clarity in communication).
In optimism, always.
